Texas High School Hall of Famer Back On The Field

Dr. DeLee graces the Friday night football scene, overseeing the well-being of Texas High School players, just as he has for the last 50 years.

As a globally acclaimed orthopedic surgeon, he not only boasts an impressive resume but also carries a deep history with the University of Texas System. He proudly traces his roots back to The University of Texas at Austin and holds his medical school diploma from the UT Medical Branch as well. Dr. DeLee is now a clinical professor at UT Health San Antonio.

Among his other accomplishments, Dr. DeLee is a distinguished member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. His enduring influence and unwavering dedication to giving back received its due recognition this year through an esteemed induction into the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame.
